Our skilled engineers have many years experience in plastic extrusion tooling and provide comprehensive tool production and maintenance services. Dies are designed, engineered and optimized on site for the manufacture of accurate, high-quality, bespoke PVC extrusions in our factory.

Profile dies are wire eroded to ensure high-quality production of plastic extrusions. Customer dies are made from high chrome steel to preserve their longevity and are retained exclusively for repeat orders.
